dermateg.com is operated by DERMATEG, a personal care brand based in Ohio, USA. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean DERMATEG; “you” means the person browsing or ordering. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently ship only to addresses in the contiguous United States. Orders placed for delivery outside that area cannot be fulfilled and will be canceled and refunded.

Products and pricing

dermalip is sold as a single tube or in Duo and Trio bundles, as shown on the product page. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Prices, bundle contents, and availability can change at any time without notice; the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

We work hard to describe our products accurately, but photography, on-screen color, and scent perception vary. Small differences between the image and the product you receive are normal and are not a defect. Product descriptions do not form a warranty beyond what is stated in these terms.

Cosmetic use and safety

dermalip is a cosmetic lip ointment, not a drug or medical treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

• For external use on the lips only.
• Our formula is unflavored and contains no added fragrance, though the natural oils it is made with carry a light scent of their own. Review the ingredient list before use if you have known sensitivities, and patch test if you are unsure.
• Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you experience irritation, swelling, or an allergic reaction — then please tell us so we can log it.
• Do not use on broken, blistered, or infected skin.
• Keep out of reach of young children. Do not swallow.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges that we received it, and the contract is formed when we ship. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, we cannot ship to the address given, or the order appears fraudulent or intended for resale. If we cancel, you are refunded in full. We may also limit the quantity available to one customer or household.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not receive or store your full card number. If a payment is reversed or charged back without first contacting us, we may refuse future orders.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are packed in Ohio, normally within 1–2 business days, and tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves us. Standard shipping is free on Duo and Trio bundles and a flat $7.79 on a single tube; Express is a flat $13.99. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied — please double-check it, as we cannot recover a parcel sent to an incorrect address. Returns and refunds

Because our products touch the skin, we can accept returns only while they are unused, unopened, and sealed. The full conditions, timeframes, and process are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

DERMATEG and dermalip, along with the text, photography, layout, and design of this site, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy our product imagery or copy, resell our products as your own brand, or use our names in a way that suggests we endorse you, without written permission.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo, or comment, you keep ownership of it but grant us a free, worldwide license to use it to promote the brand, including on this site and in advertising. Only send material you created and are allowed to share. We may edit or remove submissions that are unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that make medical claims about our products.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape it at scale, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or place fraudulent orders. We may restrict access if you do.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as-is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your use of our products contrary to their labeled instructions.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — carrier disruption, severe weather, supply shortages, utility or network outages, or government action. If such an event materially delays your order, we will tell you and you may cancel any unshipped items for a full refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us — most issues are resolved quickly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and the date at the top shows the latest revision. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
