Shipping & Returns

Choose the delivery speed that works best for you. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships.

Standard shipping is free on every Duo and Trio bundle, and a flat $7.79 on single tubes. Express is a flat $13.99 to any address we ship to — every rate is fixed, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and are subject to carrier cutoff times. Free standard shipping applies automatically to Duo and Trio bundles — no code needed.

Due to the personal, skin-contact nature of our formulations, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery only when the product is unused and unopened.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original tamper-evident packaging
• Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned
• Return shipping is free for domestic orders
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

To start a return, email support@dermateg.com with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid label. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

For hygiene and product safety, we cannot exchange opened or used products. If your unopened item is eligible, email support@dermateg.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help you swap it.
